Provider information

MireMire LLC publishes and supports the global Android edition of iRecordScreen distributed through Google Play under the package name com.miremire.irecordscreen. Other iRecordScreen editions may be distributed through separate regional channels and may identify a different provider in their in-app terms.

Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using iRecordScreen, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the rules of the store or platform through which you obtained the app. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

iRecordScreen is a screen-recording and local media-editing utility. Features vary by platform, device, system version, region, and release.

• The global Android edition supports screen recording, selected-area recording, supported audio modes, FaceCam, floating tools, screenshots, local media management, editing, export, sharing, and local Wi-Fi transfer where supported.
• The iOS edition supports system screen broadcast, supported audio, FaceCam, local management, editing, saving, and sharing where supported.
• The mainland-China Android edition is a technically separate regional distribution and may have different account, payment, analytics, and support services.
• The website does not provide an account, cloud recording, cloud backup, payment, upload, or hosted editing service.

Limited license

Subject to these terms and applicable store rules, MireMire LLC grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the global Android app for lawful purposes on supported devices. No ownership rights are transferred.

Lawful and responsible use

You are responsible for what you record, edit, store, transfer, and share.

• Obtain all notices, permissions, and consents required before recording screens, audio, calls, workplaces, classrooms, minors, or other people.
• Respect copyright, privacy, confidentiality, trade-secret, data-protection, and platform rules.
• Do not bypass DRM, access controls, operating-system restrictions, or another app's capture protections.
• Do not use iRecordScreen to harass, surveil, impersonate, exploit, or unlawfully distribute content.

Your content

You retain rights in content you lawfully own. Recording or editing locally does not grant MireMire LLC a general ownership license to your content. You are responsible for keeping any backup copies you need and for checking an export before deleting the original.

Sharing, export, and local transfer

When you save to the system gallery, share through the system share sheet, send email, use cloud storage, publish to social media, or choose another destination, that destination's terms and privacy rules apply.

Local Wi-Fi transfer temporarily makes recordings you select available to devices on the same network that have the session link or access code. Use it only on a trusted network, protect the temporary access information, and stop the service when the transfer is complete.

Technical and platform limits

Recording quality, frame rate, duration, selected-area capture, device audio, mixed audio, FaceCam, floating tools, editing, exports, and sharing are not guaranteed for every device or source. Storage, battery, temperature, memory, operating-system behavior, audio routes, connected accessories, DRM, calls, hardware encoders, and the recorded app can interrupt, reduce, mute, or prevent capture.

Current offering

The global Android edition distributed through Google Play does not include advertising, account, membership, or purchase screens. The current iOS release is presented without a subscription, product-imposed watermark, or product-imposed recording-time quota. These statements describe the applicable current release and do not promise that every future feature or service will always remain unchanged. Material commercial changes require clear disclosure and compliance with applicable store rules.

No global Android account

The global Android app does not create or require an iRecordScreen account. There is no global Android account to suspend or delete. You can remove local recordings and app data through the app and Android system settings.

Updates and availability

We may fix, add, change, suspend, or retire features for security, compatibility, legal, operational, or product reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every future device, system, app, codec, network, or store region.

No professional or archival guarantee

The app is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. It is not an emergency, legal-record, medical, safety, surveillance, or guaranteed archival service. Test important settings, keep sufficient storage and power, and retain backup copies of irreplaceable recordings.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MireMire LLC is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized recording, unlawful sharing, third-party apps or destinations, store or system failures, device loss, insufficient storage, interrupted capture, local-network exposure caused by sharing access information, unsupported formats, or user deletion. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Stopping use

You may stop using and delete the app at any time. Access may be limited where required by law, store rules, security, or serious misuse. Back up important local files before uninstalling because removing app data can remove recordings and settings.

Applicable law and mandatory rights

These terms operate subject to the laws and mandatory consumer protections that apply to MireMire LLC, the distribution channel, and your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived.

Changes to these terms

Material changes will be identified by a new update date and, where required, an in-app notice or renewed acceptance. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
